Defender Nation-

Geared towards: Competitive, Advanced, and Elite players (not intended for brand new players)
Age Level: Players in Grades 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12 separated according to grade and ability. All players welcome, there is no prerequisite of having played on a summer team for Team Turnpike in order to attend Defender Nation
Gender: Boys
Individual Defensive concepts covered: Stance, footwork, body position, checking, holds, sliding, filling, communication, and much more
Schedule: Sessions will be comprised of 60 minutes of individual defensive skill work

Dates: Tuesdays, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 3/2, 3/9

Times: 7:00pm-8:00pm
