Description: 25 minutes of speed and agility and 35 minutes of lacrosse skills combined with those speed and agility techniques. Lead by Patra Acquaviva, Director of CLC Marlboro and Certified Strength and Conditioning coach, this program aims at getting the athlete fast and explosive while progressing their skills at game speed.
