CORE SKILLS (RPM)- Core Skills is designed to optimize the players training experience. The best way to improve is to receive excellent instruction while training with players who have a similar skill set. During the first session, each athlete is evaluated and placed into similar ability-level training groups. Each training session will include quality instruction and game play opportunities. This program is for all levels from beginners to elite players.

Session 1: Mondays 12/7, 12/14 12/21, 12/28, 1/4, 1/11

Session 2: Mondays 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22

Times: 

3rd-8th: 6:00-7:00pm

HS: 7:00-8:00pm
